No actually it was Magic Brownie ice cream and Karmal Sutra ice cream by ben and jerrys! but those are the two that marion and i got and we both thought that it was funny that we got ice cream that sort of identified things that we like the most that...you know...we shouldnt like...tee hee! but yes marion said that the two of those things are really really nice together i am not going to lie when i say that was the only time that i was almost interested in trying it someday...in the future! But i dont know, we all know how anti weed i am! well ok i am not anti weed, but i am anti getting hooked and i could see myself getting hooked on weed, and in this case, even more addicted to sex...(i already know that i am going to end up being addicted to sex one day...oh its going to happen! i bet it will!) ha ha! right now i am still in the V-Card mode, but one day i am going to be the sex crazed woman that is nice at work but when she goes home...(pretend that there is porn music on in the background) wow i really hope mom and dad never get a hold of my blog address! because i could see them being all like "Teryn! WE NEED TO TALK!" *sigh* and then i would have to assure them that i am not addicted to sex or weed! geez! im just the same ol teryn (the closet freak)

So i just got back from classes and it is raining out! bleh! but i had my big big golf umbrella that i love so much! so it all worked out! i was coming back from my cultures of the world class, we had a test today, and believe it or not! i think i did al right on it! i dont want to predict now because i am always wrong with my predictions but this one really didnt feel bad at all! oh i really hope i actually did well! becuase i really could use an academic pick-me-up! from now on i am never going to skip any classes, because i need all of the good grades this semester that i can get! i am going to be here for so long if i dont get my shit together! i really want an internship this summer, but i may have to take summer school just to catch up! *sigh* but we will see...i dont know, i really want to get into grad school after i get done here, but...ah! i am going to stop talking about school, because i could end up sad about it...meep

saturday night i was pretty much forced out of the dorms to go to a party! i ran into some girls from down the hall when i was on my way to the potty, and they were all dressed up and cute looking, and i was in my pjs and they are like "umm why are you not going out tonight?" and i was like "well because i never go out anyway, and i have a test monday that i have to study!" and they were like "no come out with us! bleh bleh bleh!" and come to find out the party that they were going to was a birthday party, and the birthday was for a friend of mine! so they told me to get dressed and to go with them, so i got dressed and then hung out with some people before we left, but i really didnt want to go out by then, but they insisted that i go! but at the party there were quite a few drunk people and it was late so there were people getting sick in the bathroom! this is when i knew i was ready to leave! so i did. i really dont like when people party and drink
too much! i think its gross and pointless! byaaaah!


alright! now it is time for the photographer and photgraph of the day! today i am going to tell you about william claxton. he is from cali and grew up with an eye on people in the world of jazz such as duke ellington, lena horne and the count basie orchestra. he admired them and wanted to be a part of their worlds. when he finally got a chance to meet some of the people that he admired, he would photograph them not as the performers that they were, but as real people with a personality. the photograph i chose to show is of duke ellington taken in 1958 backstage in LA. you have to take a look at his other photography as well, because i think william claxton is pretty amazing! so click Here and click Here so yeah go there if you want more info on him and to see tons of other pictures! and as for me! im outie!
